Same Monthly fees applies in case of BlackBerry Enterprise Service (BES) or BlackBerry Internet Service (BIS)

BlackBerry Fees only cover usage on BlackBerry APN. Normal Mobile Internet fees will apply in case of WAP usage, streaming or using the BlackBerry® as a modem according to the data package you are subscribed to Data compression features allow the BlackBerry® average monthly usage to be as low as 5 MB's

How to Subscribe?

Personal customers can subscribe to any of the available BlackBerry options, by dialing #100# from their BlackBerry and following the below steps:

• Call #100#
• Choose "Internet & BlackBerry"
• Choose "BlackBerry Packages"
• Choose the BlackBerry package you prefer
• Choose the subscription method

A confirmation message will be sent to you to confirm the activation of the BlackBerry service.

The monthly service will be automatically renewed every month while the daily service will be automatically renewed every day at 12:00 am. The subscription fees will be added to your monthly bill

To subscribe to another BlackBerry package or unsubscribe from the current one, Dial #100# from your mobile and follow the below steps:

• Call #100#
• Choose "Internet & BlackBerry"
• Choose "Blackberry packages"
• Choose the option you want to deactivate
• Choose Unsubscribe
• Choose the new option you want to subscribe to by using the same method of activation

A confirmation message will be sent to you to confirm the deactivation of The BlackBerry service or the addition of the new one

Also Personal Customers also can call Mobinil Customer care on 110 to activate the BlackBerry service and choose the option they prefer Enterprise customers can get in touch with their contact person to activate the BlackBerry service or call Mobinil customers care on 250 directly.

How to subscribe?

1. Call #100#
2. Choose "Internet & BlackBerry"
3. Choose "BlackBerry Packages"
4. Choose "Activate"
5. Choose the BlackBerry package you prefer
6. Choose the subscription method

You will receive a notification SMS to confirm your subscription in the BlackBerry service.

The monthly package will be automatically renewed every month and the fees will be deducted from your balance while the weekly package will be automatically renewed every week and the fees 25 will be deducted from your balance; and the daily package will be renewed every day at 12:00 am and the fees will be deducted from your balance.

In case your balance is less than the required service fees, the service will not automatically renew and you will need to recharge your balance and re-subscribe again by dialing #100*4# and following the same above steps.

To unsubscribe from the BlackBerry Service dial #100# from your mobile and then follow the following steps:

1. Call #100#
2. Choose "Internet & BlackBerry"
3. Choose "BlackBerry Packages"
4. Choose "Deactivate"
5. Choose the BlackBerry package want to deactivate

4. Choose "Balance Inquiry"

A message will be sent to your mobile informing you of the remaining balance and expiry date of all your active buckets.
