Oussama Daniel has been appointed Legal Director at the Regulatory and Corporate Affairs Department, effective August 1st, 2007.
Oussama has more than 15 years in legal affairs in Egypt and the Middle East, he joined Mobinil from Barclays Bank where he was the Head of the Legal and Compliance Department for Egypt and United Arab of Emirates. Prior to that, Oussama was Orascom Telecom Holding Corporate Lawyer for two years.
He also has experience in legal management in the Gulf region as he was the Legal Advisor of Almana Group of Companies.
Oussama Daniel graduated from Faculty of Law, with honors, from Alexandria University [1991]. He holds a Master degree in International Business Law, from the Instiut de Droit des Affaires Internationales, Faculty of Law, from Cairo University and University of Paris Dauphine, France [1994].
