How does the program work?
For end-users accumulation
Mobinil Business Awards program grant you points according to your monthly bill.
For every Egyptian pound you spend with Mobinil (excluding the sales tax), one point
will be automatically added to your points' balance & 0.5 point will be added to
your account on monthly basis.
For accounts accumulation
For every Egyptian pound you spend with Mobinil, one point will be automatically
added to your account's points' balance.

- Qualified customers will be automatically enrolled in Mobinil Business Awards program.
- Monthly SMS will be sent after the issuance of your monthly bill to update you with
your current balance (for the end user accumulation).
- To redeem any of the available gifts in the e-catalogue, kindly call customer service
250 free of charge from your mobile.
- You can redeem your points with a voucher from Mobinil
Shops, through which you can redeem your points by a wide range of handsets,
laptops, headsets accessories, etc…
- In case the gift's price exceeds the monetary value of the voucher, customers are
free to pay the difference.
- In case the monetary value of the voucher exceeds the price of the gift, customer
can not refund the difference.
- A copy of the personal ID should be provided upon receiving the gift.

Checking your points balance:
- In case of end user accumulation, monthly SMS will be sent after the issuance of
your monthly bill to update you with your current balance.

Terms and Conditions:
Points accumulation and redemption
- The accumulated points expire after 2 years from the earning date.
- There is no ceiling for the number of accumulated points; you can accumulate as
many points as possible
- You can redeem any gift from the available gifts in the e-catalogue if your point
balance equals or exceeds the number of points allocated to that gift or you can
redeem any item available in Mobinil Shops and pay
the difference of price in cash if needed.
- After redemption the number of points allocated to the gift will be automatically
deducted from your points balance.
- Points accumulated cannot be redeemed for cash or any other items not listed in
this catalog.
- All gift items offered in this catalogue are subject to Mobinil availability
- All gift items will include a warranty certificate for maintenance purpose.
- In case of migration to Prepaid Tariff (ALO), redeem all the points in your balance
before migration or point will be lost.
Disclaimer
- Accumulation of points will cease in case of line suspension.
- Redemption of points will not be applied in case of due bills.
- Accumulated points will expire in case of line deactivation.

- In case any item is unavailable for any reason Mobinil reserves the right to change
products’ specifications or to supply an alternative item of similar monetary value.

Transfer of points
- Points are non- transferable or sold to other customer.
Termination
- Mobinil reserve the right to terminate the Business Awards program if the customer
is no longer qualified to the program or the terms and conditions were violated
or in case of migration to prepaid Tariff (ALO).

How to redeem your points:
Call your Customer Service number to select the voucher amount and the store you want to redeem your gift from.
