Business Awards Program

Mobinil Business Awards program is introduced because we understand that business is a partnership between your esteemed organization and Mobinil. This program is especially designed to reward high value business customers and companies for their patronage and loyalty to Mobinil.
As one of our most valued companies, Mobinil is pleased to provide you with rewards for your account on all outgoing communication including calls, SMS’s, MMS’s, GPRS usage, as well as all value added services that you have subscribed to.

Mobinil Business Awards Program grants your account with points on the monthly bills of all enrolled employees. Points accumulated over time can be redeemed for a wide range of gifts available in this catalog.

How does the program work?

For Mobinil Postpaid and Call & Control customers

For every Egyptian pound spent by the enrolled employees, 0.5 point will be automatically added to your account balance on a monthly basis (excluding the sales taxes).

Program Guidelines:

Qualified customers will be automatically enrolled in Mobinil Business Awards program.
To redeem the company gift; you can call 250 free from your Mobinil line.
The requested gift will be delivered to your company premises within 3 weeks from the request date.
A copy of the contact person official ID should be provided upon receiving the gift.

Terms and Conditions:

Point Accumulation
- The accumulated points expire after 2 years from earning date.
- There is no ceiling for accumulating points; you can accumulate as many points as possible.

Points Redemption
- You can redeem any gift from the catalog if your point balance equals or exceeds the number of points allocated to that gift.
- After redemption the number of points allocated to the gift will be automatically deducted from your balance.
- Points accumulated can not be redeemed for cash or any other items not listed in this catalog.
- All gift items offered in this catalog are subject to availability.
- All gift items will include a warranty certificate for maintenance purpose.

Disclaimer
- Accumulation of points will cease in case of line or account suspension.
- Redemption of points will not be applied in case of due bills.
- Redemption is not allowed for suspended accounts.
- Accumulated points will expire in case of account deactivation.

- In case any item is unavailable for any reason Mobinil reserves the right to change products’ specifications or to supply an alternative item of similar monetary value.
- Mobinil reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of Mobinil Business Awards program without prior notice. It may also introduce supplementary rules relating to new program partners or promotions from time to time.

Transfer of points
- Points are non- transferable or sold to other customer.

Termination
- Mobinil reserve the right to terminate the "Business Awards Program” if the customer is no longer qualified to the program or the terms and conditions were violated.
