'Lifetime Validity' for the first
time in Egypt
|
|
|
For the first time in Egypt, you will enjoy "Lifetime Validity" when you
recharge with any denomination. In order to continue benefiting from Lifetime
Validity, you will need to:
-
Make at least 1 charged call within three months.
-
If no calls are made for a three-month period, you will be given a grace period
of 10 days, during which only incoming calls will be allowed.

In order to make outgoing calls, you need to recharge your account.
-
After the end of the ten-day grace period, the line will be temporarily
suspended for a period of 1 month and both outgoing and incoming calls will be
barred.
-
Dial 445 to reconnect your line during the temporary suspension period.
-
ALO Business and Alohat customers shall continue benefiting from Lifetime
Validity as long as monthly fees are paid.
-
All new ALO lines will be granted Lifetime Validity automatically.
Freeze your line option
If you are traveling and will not use your lines for 3 months or more and wish
to maintain it, you may purchase validity periods by calling 444. The validity
option you choose will replace your current validity period.
