		International Tariffs

Mobinil has made international calls anywhere around the globe convenient and simple for you.

How you charge?
"When making international calls, you will be charged according to the standard International call charge for a certain destination per minute. In addition local airtime rate [EGP 0.35 off-peak and EGP 0.45 during peak hours] will be added to your international rate per minute."

Peak time: 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Off-peak time: 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Select a country below, add the international and local calling rate and you would have the total rate of the call you wish to make.

		International Calling Service via (VoIP)

This service enables Mobinil subscribers to make International calls with reduced rates for an approved country list and only during specific time periods.

Service is available to all Mobinil subscribers except for the regular postpaid who don't have the International calling service active.

How to use the service :

Subscriber will dial the short number "101".
Subscriber will be routed to an IVR in which he will hear instructions and then connected to his destination if :-
- It is with the specified time period.
- Within the declared list of International countries.

Country and service list:

USA & Canada ( Mobile & Fixed Phones) .
Europe (Fixed line networks only) .

Time:

Every day from 11:00 p.m. until 7:00 a.m.
Calls outside this time period the subscriber will hear a message to call only during above mentioned times.

Service Cost and Price Per Minute:

Per minute rate is different than normal International rate.
Subscriber will start to be charged only when called party answered the calls, i.e. the IVR call will be free of charge.
For pre-paid/ and primo lines call will be charged as:
EGP 1.04 /minute (TAX INCLUSIVE) + local PSTN call rate according to subscriber rate plan.
For standard (star/ corp. buckets) lines call will be charged as:
EGP 0.90/minute (TAX EXCLUSIVE) + local PSTN call rate according to subscriber rate plan.

IVR 300 will be dedicated to give full details about this new service it will be mentioned to call 300 for any further inquiries.

Disclaimer:
For Primo customers no need to use 1010 before the international dial as the call will be initialized through IVR.
