• The requested gift will be delivered to your location (home or office) within a maximum of 3 weeks from the date of your gift order.
• If you do not wish to redeem, you can wait and accumulate more points and get a higher value gift.

• Point Accumulation:
  • Mobinil reserves the right to change the number of accumulated points in your account, upon issuing reasonable notice to you.
  • The points are awarded at a rate determined by Mobinil according to Mobinil’s set criteria.
  • Mobinil reserves the right to change the monetary value of the point without any prior notice.
  • Accumulation of points will stop in case of line suspension, deactivation or termination and you will not be able to redeem any points accumulated in your account.
  • Free minutes and services that are offered in certain promotions do not earn points.
• Validity of your Points:
  • For existing customers on the “Star Awards” program, any point you have accumulated till end of February 2008 will be expired on the 31st of December 2008. If your points are not redeemed before this date, your points will be subject to expiry.
  • Expiry date of accumulated points from March 2008 will be 2 years from date of accumulation.
  • Mobinil reserves the right to change the validity of your account upon reasonable notice to you.
  • Promotional points offered by Mobinil during certain occasions will have their own expiry, which will be set by Mobinil.
• Information about Points:
  • Your account balance is automatically updated on a monthly basis.
  • You will receive a monthly SMS after the issuance of your monthly bill with your new points' balance.

    • Please call 900, free of charge.
    • Or call #123# from your mobile handset.
• Redeeming your Points:
  • You can choose to redeem your accumulated points for any of the program's gifts. After redemption, the number of points allocated to the gift will be automatically deducted from your account.
  • The gift can only be received by the owner of the line (whose name appears on the monthly bill) or by a person nominated by the owner of the line, who in turn should provide a copy of his/her official ID upon receiving the gift.
  • The owner of the line or the person nominated to receive the gift will be asked to sign for receiving the gift and the total number of points redeemed that are equivalent to the gift value.
  • All gifts offered in the program are subject to availability.
  • Redemption of points will not be applied for unpaid bills.
  • The images of the gifts are for guidance only and actual products may slightly vary from those shown. Mobinil and its program partners reserve the right to amend products and their specifications without prior notice.
  • Mobinil will make every effort to maintain the published gifts’ value, although it may be necessary to make some alterations, in which case, the changes will be communicated to you when you place an order.
  • Accumulated points can NOT be redeemed for cash or any other item not included in the program.
  • Mobinil reserves the right to alter or withdraw any of the gift items without notice.
  • All gift items will include a warranty certificate from the supplier. In case of any required maintenance during the warranty period please refer directly to the supplier without the need to contact Mobinil.
• Transfer of Points:
  • Points may NOT be transferred or sold to other customers.
  • In case you migrate your line from any Mobinil Star tariff plan to any ALO tariff plan, you will need to redeem your outstanding points before migration or else you will lose them.
• Changes to or Termination of the Star Awards Program:
  • Mobinil may make alterations to the “Terms and Conditions” of the “Star Awards” program or any related aspect without prior notice. It may also introduce supplementary rules relating to new program partners or promotions from time to time.
  • During point’s accumulation, your Star Awards account will expire in case it does not meet the set criteria of the program, and points’ redemption will not be allowed.
  • Mobinil reserves the right to terminate the Star Awards program in whole or in part, at any time, upon reasonable notice to you.
  • Mobinil reserves the right to terminate your account if any of the 'Terms and Conditions' were violated. In the event that your account is terminated you will lose all points in your account.
