• Your national ID or passport.
• 1 recent utility bill having the same address stated on your ID
• Receive your pack with the new Mobinil SIM card Mobinil sales representative will help you to transfer all the data that is on your current SIM card to the new Mobinil SIM card.

3. Join Mobinil

Your line will be activated on Mobinil's network within 6 working days maximum, the activation date of your new Mobinil SIM card will be communicated to you by SMS

• Make sure to settle your final bill at your previous operator to guarantee the continuity of the service provided to you by Mobinil.
