1. Home Cash Primo Renewal:

   You are now able to renew your Primo lines from the luxury of your home/office. All you have to do is the following:

   Call First Service (our collection agency) on a dedicated short number [555] FREE of charge from your mobile or 012-2733555 from a fixed line to make an appointment for free home cash collection of your renewal fee.
   
   

2. Mobinil Customer Centers and Point of Sales (POS):

   Visit your nearest Mobinil Customer Centers or any selective POS all across Egypt to pay your renewal fee in cash, Please call 300 to find one near you.

3. Call 1010:
   • Call 1010 from your Primo line.
   • Listen to the interactive message and follow the instructions.
   • Your line will be renewed on the spot provided that you have recharged from a Mobinil scratch card the required value for renewal.
   • Renewal via 1010 is not applicable for Primo 2 years.

Note:
The renewal fee will be deducted on the spot from your credit account.
