Mobinil Roamer Awards Program rewards all visiting roamers for their outgoing call usage on the Mobinil network, the leading mobile operator in Egypt.

Every outgoing call you make with Mobinil network accumulates points into your account until you reach a certain minimum number of points (1200, or 2400 or 3600 points). You may then redeem your points from a wide range of awards.

• Registration: Once you log into Mobinil’s network you will be automatically registered into the program for free.
• Check your phone and if it doesn’t show Mobinil or 602-01, please switch manually to Mobinil now to join the program.
• Points Calculation: For every minute of outgoing local calls you make (calls to Egyptian numbers), you will be granted 1 point into your account, and for every minute of outgoing international calls (including calls to your home country), you will be granted 5 points into your account.
• SMS Congratulations: Once you reach the required number of points, you will receive a congratulation SMS on your mobile phone including a PIN code that you must present at Mobinil Customer Centers to claim your reward. We have a wide network throughout Egypt in Cairo, Sharm El Sheikh, Hurghada, Alexandria and Aswan among others. Mobinil Shop in Shops (SIS) are not participating in this program.
• Remember to save this SMS on your handset in order to receive your reward.

• Call 8000 from your mobile to locate the nearest Mobinil shop to you.
• Visit the shop in order to redeem your points. Simply show the Mobinil representative at our shop the congratulations SMS that contains your PIN code. The Mobinil representative will show you different awards that you can choose from. After redeeming your points, your account will be reset and start counting from the beginning.

N.B. To facilitate the redemption process, the awards will be given to the handset holder even if he/she is not the owner.

Accumulated points:
You can accumulate your points during various visits to Egypt by roaming with Mobinil and each time you come back to Egypt you will receive a welcome SMS informing you about your previous balance of points that you have collected during your previous visits.

Points Validity:
Should no points be added into your account for two years or more, your balance of points will be reset to zero.

• Mobinil reserves the right to vary the number of points awarded for every outgoing minute at any point in time without prior notice.
• Mobinil reserves the right to change the type of awards without prior notice.
• Mobinil reserves the right to cancel the reward if the roamer deleted the congratulation SMS which includes the PIN code.
• Partial Redemption: there will be no partial redemption of the collected points. You have to redeem all your points in your account upon presenting the SMS at any of the Mobinil shops.
• Choices of gifts are upon availability.
