| What is 3G/third-generation technology? |
| 3G is the third generation of mobile phone standards and technology, superseding 2G, and preceding 4G. 3G technology enables Mobinil to a wider range of more advanced services and higher data speeds while achieving greater network capacity through improved spectral efficiency. 3G family of technologies include HSDPA and HSUPA [also referred to commercially as 3.5G and 3.75G].

| As long as you have used these services before, your mobile phone supports 3G and you are within 3G services network coverage, you wont need to subscribe to any service or setup your mobile phone. |
