France Telecom-Orange, one of the world's leading telecommunications operators,
consolidated in 2010 €45.5 billion in sales. At December 31, 2010, its customer
base had reached 209.6 million customers in 31 countries. Orange, the Group\'s single
brand for internet, television and mobile services, reached a customer base of 139.7
million. Further, the Group ended the year with 150.4 million mobile customers and
13.7 million broadband internet (ADSL) customers worldwide. France Telecom-Orange
is one of the leading mobile operators and internet service providers in Europe.
Under the brand Orange Business Services, it has come to be one of the world leaders

OTMT is a holding company that has investments in companies with operations mainly
in Egypt, North Korea, Lebanon and other North African and Middle-Eastern countries.
The activities of OTMT are mainly divided into its GSM, Media and Technology, and
Cable businesses. The GSM activities include mobile telecommunications operations
in Egypt, North Korea and Lebanon. The Media and Technology division consists of
OT Ventures/Intouch Communications Service and the OT Ventures Internet portals
and other ventures in Egypt, including LINK Development, ARPU+ and LINKonLINE. The
Cable business focuses on the management of cable networks.
OTMT holds 5% directly-held stake in ECMS is an entity that is 93.92% owned by MT
Telecom S.C.R.L (MTT)(entity that is 100% owned by France Telecom group). The remaining
shares are publicly traded on the Egyptian Exchange (EGX).
Mobinil's coverage extends to more than 99.65% of the Egyptian population. Mobinil/ECMS
has international roaming agreements with 390 operators in 150 countries. Mobinil/ECMS
was the first Egyptian operator to establish roaming agreements with the U.S. and
Canada, as well as non-GSM operators in South America extending its services to
countries such as Argentina, Brazil, Peru, and the Philippines, to name a few.
